Top Tuesday: Drugstore Concealers

only own 4  drugstore concealer. Out of the 4 I own i have chosen my 3 favorite and put them in order from 3(least favorite) to 1(most favorite).
I use concealer everyday i wear make up, I use it to cover up spots and red areas and under the eyes to hide dark circles so I think it's important to find a concealer that works best for you, here are my top 3 concealers and why I think they are good:

#3 - Collection Lasting Perfection Ultimate concealer.
I brought this because i'd been watching a lot of videos and loads of people had been recommending it, I got this in the color Fair 1 which is the lightest because I have relativity fair skin ~in other words i'm as pale as a ghost'~ this was very light in color and I this may be just a little bit too light for my skin, however its has a nice creamy consistency and blends very well. Unfortunately the words are starting to rub of the tube which I don't know about you but it really annoys me when they do that. The only bad thing about this product was the price compared to the size of the tube, this is a smaller tube than normal concealers and I paid £4.19 for this which in comparison to the tube size is a lot of money and I would at the most expect to pay £2-£3 for this. Other than that this concealer is very good. You can buy this online here:

#2 - Rimmel London Wake Me Up Concealer.
Once again, beauty videos and recommendations, i'd previously been using a cheap concealer and knew it was time for an upgrade so I brought this, still a drugstore concealer but a little more expensive to what I was using before. It claims to have Anti Fatigue effect and Radiant Glow and it does just that, not only covering up my spot and dark circles under my eyes but it brightens up my face and stops my looking tired. I got this in the color Soft Beige 40 which is the lightest and is more of an orangey color, perfect for blending into foundation and straight onto skin. I paid £5.49 for this and it is a normal sized concealer tube, its very affordable and overall a good product. You can get this product online here:
http://www.superdrug.com/Rimmel/Rimmel-Wake-Me-Up-Make-Up-Concealer-Soft-Beige-40/p/435455

#1 - Soap and Glory Kick Ass Concealer.
A three-piece flaw camouflage kit, under eye brightening concealer with PUFFEASE-8, SUPERWEAR lightscramble face concealer and Concealer sealing powder with INSTA-FIX polymer technology. That's what it says on the box and it claims to do a lot. Well it's not my #1 concealer for nothing, it does exactly what it says. I got this in the color light because of my pale skin and I was amazed when I first used it because I didn't expect it to be as good as it is. Step one is the under eye brightening concealer and is more of a skin/pinky color perfect for covering under eye circles, Step 2 is the face concealer and is more of a yellow color which is great for concealing spots and Step 3 is the concealer sealing powder which is just a white/transparent powder that sets the concealer and helps it stay on for longer throughout the day. I paid £10 for this which is a little more expensive than other concealers but it is definitely worth it for an all rouond good concealer.  You can get this concealer online here:

So there are my Top 3 Drugstore Concealers and I use all of these quite a lot.

New Make Up Monday: Rimmel Kate Lipstick

At the beginning of the year I wasn't very brave with my makeup, I would only use subtle colors on my eyes and I wouldn't wear lipstick at all because I was too afraid. It's only recently that I have begun to take risks with different make up products and now I hate to admit that I may have a slight addiction to buying new lip products.
I  haven't purchased any high end lipsticks yet but I plan on doing so very soon, however the drugstore ones I own are amazing. I recently went into superdrug to look around and ended up walking out with 6 items, one of which was the Rimmel London Lasting Finish by Kate Lipstick in the color Wine 107.
I'd heard of this lipstick through +Zoella in one of  her recent blog posts (drugstore Lipsticks) and seen her wearing it in a few of her videos, never before would I have even looked at a red lipstick in a shop let alone buy one. I thought i'd give it a go and here I am about to tell you how much I LOVE it (so good it deserved capital letters).

Packaging-
Simple red tube with a slanted top embossed with the Rimmel crown and 'Kate' written across the lid. Such simple packaging but it definitely stands out in your make up draw/bag. It's very sleek and it just makes the product simple to use aswell.

Color-
RED. A red lipstick with purpley undertones. This is a darker toned red in preference to a bright red lipstick. It's a color that I would wear in summer or Autumn, maybe even the beginning of winter. It has a sleek, velvety, matt finish and applies easily.

Other-
It has (in my opinion) a very unique smell and I can't decide whether I like it or not however it has zero taste when applied.

Price-
£5.49. Affordable, not the cheapest you can buy but for me very affordable. I think you are paying for what you get and what you get here is a good lipstick worth buying.

You can buy this Lipstick online here:

Mall Haul: Lakeside

I don't know about you but I got shopping A LOT! &quite often I got to the big shopping centres in the UK which in America are called 'Malls'. Whenever I go to the shopping centres I buy a lot so I'm starting a series called 'Mall Haul' where I show you what I got when I go and give you my opinion on the stuff I brought.

So I went to Lakeside, a shopping centre in Thurrock, Essex originally to get an outfit for my birthday party and this is what I managed to get.

I went into forever 21 and found this really cool make up bag, its a silky, pillow-y material and is a light pinky colour with floral print which I'm IN LOVE with at the moment, its got so much room in it and is defo an upgrade from the bag I had before. This was £5.00 which I found very cheap and affordable.

When I went into New Look I saw a whole row of flower crowns and I'd really wanted one for ages so it was guaranteed that I was buying one. It was hard to choose but I got this as it wasn't to in your face but still had a pop of colour and was super cute. This was £4.99 and I'm not sure whether this is expensive or cheap.

Also in Forever 21 I got this black hair bow which I thought was a simple accessory to put in your hair and make it look really pretty. This was £1.50 and I thought this was very cheap and i am extremely happy with this purchase.

I brought this in New Look and i thought this was a really nice top to wear everyday with shorts or jeans, but i also saw this and thought it would be a super cute festival top. This was £19.99 which in my opinion was a little pricy.

This is also from New look and i liked this because of the floral pirnt and the pop of colours. I liked this and ended up wearing this to my party. I wore this with high waisted shorts, curly hair, the black f21 hair bow, frilly shocks, converse and a statement necklace. This was £9.99 i think but was defo worth the buy as i really like this top.

This is from quiz and you can make i work for day and night, its a lovely pastel orange colour which is so nice for summer, it has i diamante embellished collar and i think its such a pretty top. This was £16.99 from Quiz.

This last item was also from Forever 21 and I really wanted a pair of material shorts instead of jean shorts. These caught my eye and when i tried them on they looked sleek and different to dress up or down for day to day or evening wear. I hope to get lots of wear out of them. These were £9.99 from forever 21 I think.

This Blog was a bit slow which I'm sorry about, it took me over an hour to write as it was really late at night and I wasn't sure what to write. I will make up for it with a better blog soon.

Thankooo :)

Florida-Disney trip 2014

So it's been a while since I've posted because I haven't had much to blog about but I recently took a trip to Florida in America with my Family.
We went during the Easter holidays in April and I was with my dad, sister, two nephews.
Me and my Dad stayed in the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort while my sister and nephews stayed in  the All Star Movies Resort. Our hotel was so nice and homely but my sisters hotel was catered more for kids. We were there for two weeks and it was so much fun.

(Photo: outside the back of our hotel in the evening, light up fountain and trees.)

There was lots to do during the days you weren't going out and in the evenings, there were three swimming pools and two hot pools, there were many restaurants and you could take a 5 minute walk to Disneys Broadwalk and a 15 minute walk over to Disneys Epcot.

One of the first Disney Parks we went to was Epcot where we walked around the different country sections and then stayed to watch the fireworks afterwards, we could then easily walk back to our hotel. The sunsets in Florida are beautiful.

One of my favourite days was when we visited universal studios and I got to go to 'The Wizarding World of Harry Potter.' I love Harry potter and it was such a good expirience.
I recommend trying the butterbeer which is delicious and also getting a chocolate frog from Honeydukes.
If you go to Universal Studios the rides to go on are:
-The Hulk
-Harry Potter ride
-Spider-Man
-Rock it

The Starbucks in America is amazing, I love the marble cake which they warmed up, the low fat chocolate milk and the sweet barbecue crisps.

I loved Magic Kingdom because it reminded me of my childhood all over again.

I went to see the fireworks in Magic Kingdom two nights in a row and got in different spots each time, they were really good and a must see attraction if you go.

(Photo: my two nephews Riley (left 3) and Callum (right 10) seeing Mickey Mouse)

My nephew Riley stomped his feet and said he is not leaving Magic kingdom until he sees Mickey Mouse, it's great for kids and I loved seeing the smiles on my two nephews faces.

(Photos: My most favourite ride of all time is 'The Tower of Terror' and my total amount of times going on it is 17 times, I brought this mug because it is based on the ride)

It was such ad good holiday and if you ever get the chance to go, do as much as you can because it is the trip of a lifetime.

Miley Cyrus Bangerz Tour 2014 London O2 Arena Tuesday 6th May

Miley Cyrus is a big public figure, wether you know her from Hannah Montana, her music or the outrageous twerking and tounge wagging, you have most probably heard of her and if not it's about time you crawl out from inside your rock and into the real world.

I watched Miley as Hannah Montana when I was growing up and I have watched every episode, I idolised her, she has been in the news multiple times since the famous blonde crop haircut all that time ago and it seems she has become what most people think of as an unacceptable role model. Personally I would not do the things that she has done but all in all she is her own person and she can do what she wants, also she makes so pretty awesome music. I loved all her albums be it Hannah or Miley and I listened to Miley's hit 7 things on repeat as a child, and last year she released a comeback single of 'We can't' stop' then her debut album Bangerz and because I liked her music I went out and brought he CD and memorised all of the songs because they were all catchy.

So the whole point of this is that on Tuesday 6th May 2014 I went to the O2 Arena in London to see her in concert. Her new tour is in honour of her album and is called the Bangerz Tour 2014. here is my expirience and what I thought of it, I didn't manage to get any photos of Miley only videos.

( Photo: 3 tickets to see Miley Cyrus Bangerz Tour at the O2 Arena in London)

My dad booked us three tickets to her concert and I was so happy when I found out because I'd mentioned I wanted to go and he actually got me tickets. I asked my sister to go with me and we had a spare ticket so she asked her friend to come with us too.

(Photo: A panorama of The O2 Arena in London filled with cheering people and colourful balloons before the concert actually stared, the balloons were taken down just as Miley was due to come on stage.)

The atmosphere was hyped when you arrived and as people were talking, cheering and screaming waiting for Miley to come on stage. The lights were on and you were able to see the big stage and colourful balloons all around the arena.

(Photo: before the concert stared waiting for Miley to come on stage! Me-right, My sister-middle and Cath my sisters really nice friend-left)

We were all really excited but I was the only one who knew all of the songs and enjoyed it the most.

(Photo: During the song 'Adore You' everyone took their flashlights out and the whole arena lit up)

Everyone had their flashlights on and it created a really cool atmosphere, everyone was singing along, Miley sung really good as well.

(Photo: During 'Can't be Tamed' a bit inflatable dog was on stage, it was supposed to be Floyd who was Miley's dog that recently passed away)

(Photo: Front of one my T-Shirt I brought, there were loads but I chose this one)

This t-shirt was £25 but there were other t-shirts and merchandise which were more expensive.

(Photo: Back of the T-Shirt I brought showing the list of Countries in Europe she went to)

Overall I loved this concert and am so glad I got to go, this was also the first concert Miley performed after coming out of hospital which was lucky for me but she was awesome and it was so much fun. I can now say I have been to 2 Miley cyrus concerts as I went to the Wonderworld tour when I was 9.

Sorry for the month after post, hope you enjoyed and my next blog will be on a beauty product...

EOS: Evolution of Smooth Lip Balms

When I was out in America I went into Walgreens and and looked up and down the makeup isles for ages deciding what to buy but I was pretty certain about getting as many of these as I could get my hands on...(or afford).
At only $3.29 each I got 6 eos lip balms and gave two to my friends which were the pomegranate and the blueberry acai, I kept for myself Srawberry Sorbet (my fav out of my 4) , summer fruits (which I also love), honeydew and tangerine, I decided not to buy the sweet mint because I am not a big fan of mint lip balms.
These lip balms come in cute packaging and are in the shape of sphere. I think the design is creative and actually quite cool, they last a long time depending on how often you use them and they are super smooth, I now rely upon these as a day to day lip balm to keep my lips smooth and hydrated.
I recommend the summer fruits and strawberry sorbet ones as they are my two favourite flavours.
These are relatively cheap and you can get them here for $3.29:

http://evolutionofsmooth.com/blueberry-acai-smooth-sphere-lip-balm.html

Or you can get them in America in a drugstore or Walgreens where I got mine, these are currently not avaliable in the UK.

Nivea Body Lotion

I find Nivea a very trustworthy brand, I have brought many of their products and have never been very disappointed. Once again they have failed to let me down when I brought this moisturizer. It is called 'Nivea Irresistibly Smooth Body Lotion' and I purchased it to take on holiday with me as it's a mini 75ml bottle. It says:
     -24 hour softness
      -For Normal Skin
       -Smooth Sensation
-Shea Butter
I disagree about the 24 hour softness because when I used it my skin didn't feel soft for 24 hours, but i do think that it gives you softness for most of they day. I have very sensitive and dry skin so for me this does nothing but make me feel smooth and soft which it should but as it's for normal skin it doesn't help with my dry skin, however it doesn't irritate my skin as it's very sensitive. I like Shea Butter because it smells really good and always has a smooth and soft feeling to it so for me this lotion having Shea Butter in it is a bonus.

I am aware that you can buy bigger bottles of this and in the future I will do so. Here is the 75ml travel bottle if anyone wants to try it first, it;s only 89p which is very good:
Here you can get the same product but specially for dry skin, it's a different bottle but exactly the same product:

Thanks*
