Top Tuesday: Drugstore Concealers

only own 4  drugstore concealer. Out of the 4 I own i have chosen my 3 favorite and put them in order from 3(least favorite) to 1(most favorite).
I use concealer everyday i wear make up, I use it to cover up spots and red areas and under the eyes to hide dark circles so I think it's important to find a concealer that works best for you, here are my top 3 concealers and why I think they are good:

#3 - Collection Lasting Perfection Ultimate concealer.
I brought this because i'd been watching a lot of videos and loads of people had been recommending it, I got this in the color Fair 1 which is the lightest because I have relativity fair skin ~in other words i'm as pale as a ghost'~ this was very light in color and I this may be just a little bit too light for my skin, however its has a nice creamy consistency and blends very well. Unfortunately the words are starting to rub of the tube which I don't know about you but it really annoys me when they do that. The only bad thing about this product was the price compared to the size of the tube, this is a smaller tube than normal concealers and I paid £4.19 for this which in comparison to the tube size is a lot of money and I would at the most expect to pay £2-£3 for this. Other than that this concealer is very good. You can buy this online here:

#2 - Rimmel London Wake Me Up Concealer.
Once again, beauty videos and recommendations, i'd previously been using a cheap concealer and knew it was time for an upgrade so I brought this, still a drugstore concealer but a little more expensive to what I was using before. It claims to have Anti Fatigue effect and Radiant Glow and it does just that, not only covering up my spot and dark circles under my eyes but it brightens up my face and stops my looking tired. I got this in the color Soft Beige 40 which is the lightest and is more of an orangey color, perfect for blending into foundation and straight onto skin. I paid £5.49 for this and it is a normal sized concealer tube, its very affordable and overall a good product. You can get this product online here:

#1 - Soap and Glory Kick Ass Concealer.
A three-piece flaw camouflage kit, under eye brightening concealer with PUFFEASE-8, SUPERWEAR lightscramble face concealer and Concealer sealing powder with INSTA-FIX polymer technology. That's what it says on the box and it claims to do a lot. Well it's not my #1 concealer for nothing, it does exactly what it says. I got this in the color light because of my pale skin and I was amazed when I first used it because I didn't expect it to be as good as it is. Step one is the under eye brightening concealer and is more of a skin/pinky color perfect for covering under eye circles, Step 2 is the face concealer and is more of a yellow color which is great for concealing spots and Step 3 is the concealer sealing powder which is just a white/transparent powder that sets the concealer and helps it stay on for longer throughout the day. I paid £10 for this which is a little more expensive than other concealers but it is definitely worth it for an all rouond good concealer.  You can get this concealer online here:

New Make Up Monday: Rimmel Kate Lipstick

At the beginning of the year I wasn't very brave with my makeup, I would only use subtle colors on my eyes and I wouldn't wear lipstick at all because I was too afraid. It's only recently that I have begun to take risks with different make up products and now I hate to admit that I may have a slight addiction to buying new lip products.
I  haven't purchased any high end lipsticks yet but I plan on doing so very soon, however the drugstore ones I own are amazing. I recently went into superdrug to look around and ended up walking out with 6 items, one of which was the Rimmel London Lasting Finish by Kate Lipstick in the color Wine 107.
I'd heard of this lipstick through +Zoella in one of  her recent blog posts (drugstore Lipsticks) and seen her wearing it in a few of her videos, never before would I have even looked at a red lipstick in a shop let alone buy one. I thought i'd give it a go and here I am about to tell you how much I LOVE it (so good it deserved capital letters).

Packaging-
Simple red tube with a slanted top embossed with the Rimmel crown and 'Kate' written across the lid. Such simple packaging but it definitely stands out in your make up draw/bag. It's very sleek and it just makes the product simple to use aswell.

Color-
RED. A red lipstick with purpley undertones. This is a darker toned red in preference to a bright red lipstick. It's a color that I would wear in summer or Autumn, maybe even the beginning of winter. It has a sleek, velvety, matt finish and applies easily.

Other-
It has (in my opinion) a very unique smell and I can't decide whether I like it or not however it has zero taste when applied.

Price-
£5.49. Affordable, not the cheapest you can buy but for me very affordable. I think you are paying for what you get and what you get here is a good lipstick worth buying.
